Mobile Auto Detailing FAQ | Sienna Splash Houston TX

Question 1

What is mobile auto detailing?

Accepted Answer

Mobile auto detailing means we come to you — your home, office, or anywhere else that's convenient. We bring all the equipment and supplies needed to deliver a full professional detail right at your location. No need to drop off your car or wait at a shop.

Question 2

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the Greater Houston area including Houston, Missouri City, Sugar Land, Pearland, Katy, Richmond, Stafford, Rosenberg, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call at (832) 736-3644 and we'll let you know.

Question 3

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service and vehicle size. An Exterior Detail typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours. An Interior Detail runs 2–3 hours. A Full Detail Package can take 3–5 hours. Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time. We'll give you a more accurate estimate when you book.

Question 4

Do I need to be home during the detail?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to be present the entire time — just available at the start to hand over the keys and at the end to inspect the work. Many of our customers go about their day while we take care of their vehicle.

Question 5

How much does a detail cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Exterior Detail starts at $139 for sedans, SUVs/trucks. Interior Detail starts at $189 for sedans and $229 for SUVs/trucks. The Full Detail Package starts at $249 for sedans and $289 for SUVs/trucks. We also offer add-ons like ozone odor treatment, headlight restoration, and pet hair removal.

Question 6

Can the price change after I book?

Accepted Answer

Our listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition — heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, mold, sand, or significant buildup may require additional time and incur extra charges. We always inspect the vehicle on-site and confirm the final price before any work begins. No surprises.

Question 7

Do you offer any discounts?

Accepted Answer

We occasionally run seasonal promotions. The best way to stay updated is to follow us on social media or ask when you book. We also appreciate referrals — if you send a friend our way, let us know!

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We don't accept cash or third party payment apps like Zelle, Venmo and Cashapp.

Question 9

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can book online through our booking form at siennasplashdetail.com/book, call or text us at (832) 736-3644, or send us a message through the contact page. We typically confirm appointments within 1 hour.

Question 10

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, if you need same-day service, we'll always do our best to accommodate you and fit you into our schedule whenever possible — at no additional urgency or same-day service fee.

Question 11

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Life happens — we get it. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call or text us at (832) 736-3644. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Question 12

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We operate every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends. We're closed on major holidays.

Question 13

What products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced cleaning products that are safe for your vehicle's paint, interior surfaces, and trim. Our products are carefully selected to deliver a thorough clean without causing damage.

Question 14

Will detailing remove scratches?

Accepted Answer

Light surface scratches and swirl marks can often be reduced or eliminated with our paint enhancement spray included in the Exterior Detail. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat require paint correction or touch-up, which is a separate service. We'll let you know what's achievable when we inspect your vehicle.

Question 15

Can you remove pet hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Pet hair removal is one of our most popular add-ons at $49. Depending on the amount of pet hair, it may take extra time and is priced accordingly. We use specialized tools to lift embedded hair from seats, carpets, and floor mats.

Question 16

What is ozone odor treatment?

Accepted Answer

Ozone odor treatment ($49) uses an ozone generator to neutralize odors at the molecular level — including smoke, pet odors, mildew, and food smells. It's highly effective for stubborn odors that regular cleaning can't fully eliminate. The vehicle needs to be unoccupied during treatment.
